First, I’d just like to thank everyone who participated in the previous poll. It’s been a couple weeks, okay well, more like four, but who’s counting? Before I discuss my plans, why don’t we take a look at the poll results?
The one story which really surprised me was that Appetite for Seduction, the Hunger Pangs sequel, seemed so popular, but I given that I received two messages about it after the previous poll perhaps it shouldn’t. The big disappointment for me was that there seemed to be so little interest in Legend of Morgana, but that’s why I did this so that I could get a better idea of what people wanted to read. I know, I know, write for yourself, but part of the reason I write is because I want to share what I’m creating with others. Why write something if no one wants to read it?
What then does that mean for my plans?
I still intend to write Legend of Morgana, but it’s been pushed down on my list of priorities. The clear favorite was A Rock & A Hard Place and that is what holds the most interest at the moment. I’ve already written the first 1000 words, and I believe I have a good foundation to get me started. At the moment, I’m mainly focused on finishing Virtually Twisted, but once I’m finished with that I plan to begin serious work on A Rock & A Hard Place and continue with Legacy of Earth. I plan to write a minimum of 1000 words a week of the former and spend the rest of my time each week on the latter.
I think that should about do it, as always thank you for reading and be sure to have a delightfully demented day,
Daniel A. Wolfe
P.S. I plan to post the first part of the Virtually Twisted next week so please be on the look out for that.
